MRI examination of the brain without contrast and MRI Tof
Created multiplanar MRI with sequences T1W, T2W, FLAIR, DWI, GRE
- On the left thalamus appears hyperintense lesions rounded-edge hipointens in T1W T2W, the GRE apparent hemosiderin rim.
- In the nucleus lentiformis left right, left right thalamus and right paramedian pontine lesions appear small hipointens in T1W, hyperintense on FLAIR and T2W
- In paraventrikuler frontal lobe white matter lesions appear right hipointens in T1W and hyperintense on T2W, FLAIR and DWI slightly restricted on.
- Corticales sulci and fissures normal left-right sylvii
- Differentiation normal white matter gray.
- Left and right lateral ventricle, III and IV normal
- Invisible midline shifting.
- Sisterna basal and normal perimesensefalic
- Sella normal tursika and cerebellopontine angle.
- Complex nerve II and VII-VIII normal
- Cerebellum seemed normal

- Multiple chronic lacunar infarction in the nucleus lentiformis left right, left right thalamus and right paramedian pons.
- MRA ToF: Invisible stenosis in the internal carotid artery were visualized, vertebrobasilar system and large arterial branches of the anterior cerebral artery-posterior-media.
