Lateral ventricular system, III and IV was narrowed / widened.
Looks pouch pellusidum septum.
Invisible midline shifting.
Perimesensefalic and normal basal cisterns
Normal cerebellum.

Lakuner multiple infarct in the left crus anterior internal capsule, capsula externa left, white matter regions corona-centrum Radita semiovale left right and left paramedian pons.
Not visible signs of increased intracranial pressure this time.
