- Normal curvature. Lordotik enough.
- Looks pemipihan mild form of wedging anterior corpus VTh.12 and VL.1
- The intensity of the vertebral body appears heterogeneous
- Looks osteophytes in the lumbar vertebral body
- Looks endplate changes become hyperintense signal intensity on T1-T2W on inferior-superior VL.2 VL.3
- Looks intervertebral disc space narrowing VL.5-S.1
- Looks changes in signal intensity level lumbar disc intervebralis be hipointens in T1-T2W
- At the level VL.2-3:
Looks symmetric bulging disc which causes suppression thecal neural foramen stenosis sac.Tak looked right and left and spinal canal stenosis.
- At the level VL.3-4 and VL.4-5
