Anterior Cerebral Artery Trifurcation
Two opposite way rotated 3D reconstructions, coronal and sagittal MIP images show Anterior Cerebral Artery Trifurcation. Defined as the occurrence of three A2 segments. This is a normal anatomic variant. Prevalence ranges from 2% to 13%. Most likely represents persistence of the median callosal artery.
