Examination of the right shoulder x photo
Looks screw mounted on the proximal humerus os.
Looks gap tuberosity fracture of the right humerus os. Position bone fragment pretty good. Looks Kallus formation.
Status of the humeral head on the glenoid fossa right looks better than ever before. There seemed dislocation / subluxation.
There appear the sign of osteomyelitis and reactions to metal.
Sela glenohumeral joint and right acromioclavicularis seemed normal. There seemed constriction / dilation.
