Lumbar MRI examination without contrast
Lumbar MRI examination without contrast piece axial-sagittal T1W, T2W
MR lumbar mielograph
- Looked multilevel lumbar stenosis of the distal level
- Invisible radicular cyst
MRI lumbar
- Alignment well, invisible listesis.
- The curvature straight. Lordotik lumbar vertebrae is reduced.
- Invisible pemipihan lumbar vertebral bodies.
- Looks osteophytes in the lumbar vertebral body
- Looks focal changes in signal intensity corpus VL.3 well rounded shape hyperintense on T1-T2W
- Superior endplate VL.5 appear irregular with changes in signal intensity becomes hipointens in T1W and hyperintense on T2W
- Invisible intervertebral disc space narrowing
- Looks disc signal intensity changes intervebralis VL.2-3 s / d VL.5-S.1 become suspicious hipointens a degenerative disc
- At the level VL.2-3 and VL.5-S.1
Looks symetric arrives bulging disc pressing thecal sac. Not visible narrowing of the neural foramen or spinal canal stenosis.
- At the level VL.3-4 and VL.4-5
Looks posterosentral protrusion that causes suppression thecal sac. Looks mild narrowing of the left-right neural foramen. Looks facet joint arthrosis. Looks spinal canal stenosis being at that level.
- Looks thickening of the ligament flavum start level VL.1 s / d VL.5
- Conus medulare high as VL.1
Impression:
- Straight lumbar vertebrae.
- Spondylosis lumbar.
- Degenerative VL.5 superior endplate (Modic type 1)
- Symmetric bulging disc VL.2-3 and VL.5-S.1
- Protrusion disc (posterosentral) VL.3-4 and VL.4-5 accompanied facet joint arthrosis which causes mild suppression of neural radix right and left at that level.
- Thickening of the ligament flavum start level VL.1 s / d VL.5
- The level of the spinal canal stenosis was VL.3-4 and VL.4-5
